Our Products
We produce high quality Soybean products.
Refined Soybean Oil
Our primary product Refined Soybean Oil is a pharmaceutical oil, suitable for use as API or excipient in human and veterinary applications in injectable, oral or topical dosage forms. It is obtained from seeds of Glycine max (L). Merr. (Glycine hispida (Moench) Maxim.) by extraction of crude soybean oil followed by a refining process.
Coming from a species of legumes, the Soya bean has numerous health benefits to offer. It is one of the most consumed foods in the world. It is the most important nutrient required in the body. Besides offering high-quality protein, it is super rich in saturated fats, antioxidants, Omega-3 fatty acids, fibre, and phytoestrogens.
There are various soy-based products available in the market and they have gained massive popularity due to high demand amongst the vegan population.
According to health experts, Soya bean oil is extremely essential in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Soy oil is the oil extracted from soybeans. Crude soybean oil undergoes further refinement- degumming, refining, bleaching, and deodorizing and forms refined soy oil. Soybean oil is the leading vegetable oil traded in the international markets, next only to palm oil.

Soybean De-oiled cake
We produce Soya de-oiled cake which is used as an organic supplement, extracted from leftover soybean seeds after oil extraction and it is an excellent source of protein and micronutrients. This is used as a major ingredient of poultry feed, especially for broilers.
Soya DOC, a feed supplement, is considered a premium product because of its high digestibility, high energy content and consistency. It is an excellent source of protein and is used extensively in feed for swine, & dairy cattle, poultry, and aquaculture.
The process of removing the oil from the soybeans can be undertaken by solvent extraction, hydraulic or expeller process in which the beans are first heated and then squeezed. In most of the cases it is designed and sold according to its protein content.
Soybean DOC is usually classified for marketing by its crude protein content or by the sum of protein + oil. There are two main categories, the ‘high-protein’ soybean meal with 49-50% of protein + oil and 3% crude fiber, obtained from de-hulled seeds, and the ‘low protein’ meal, with 44-46% protein + oil and 6-7% crude fiber, which contain the hulls. In ‘solvent-extracted soybean meals’, oil content is typically lower than 2%, while it exceeds 3% in mechanically-extracted meals.

Lecithin
Lecithin is a type of fat that contains many nutrients used to build healthy tissues, such as choline. It may help maintain a healthy colon in people with certain intestinal problems like ulcerative colitis.
The lecithin can be obtained by water degumming the extracted oil of seeds. It is a mixture of various phospholipids, and the composition depends on the origin of the lecithin. A major source of lecithin is soybean oil. Because of the EU requirement to declare additions of allergens in foods, in addition to regulations regarding genetically modified crops, a gradual shift to other sources of lecithin (such as sunflower lecithin) is taking place. The main phospholipids in lecithin from soy and sunflower are phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylserine, and phosphatidic acid. They are often abbreviated to PC, PI, PE, PS and PA, respectively. Purified phospholipids are produced by companies commercially.

Acid Oil
Acid oil, which is a by-product in vegetable oil refining, mainly contains free fatty acids (FFAs) and acylglycerols, and is a candidate of materials for production of biodiesel fuel.
Acid Oil is an important item which is used for soap making industries. In majority of the cases, the acid oil is derived from the byproduct of the refining process which is soap stock.

Crude Soybean Oil
Crude soybean oil is oil extracted from soybean flakes with mixed hexanes. The solvent is removed to produce the initial crude oil.
Crude Degummed Soybean Oil is predominantly used in human nutrition after refining and hydrogenation, in form of oil and vegetable fat and margarine. They provide the body with the essential fatty acids, fat soluble vitamins, they are an important source of energy and serve as one of the major components of cell walls.

Our Working Process
Purchase of soybean seeds
We purchase the best available soybean seeds directly from the farmers thereby eliminating the chances of any midway adulteration.
Preparation and Dehulling
The first step in processing soybeans is to properly prepare the soybean for dehulling.
Extraction
Then Hexane is used to wash the soybean oil from the prepared soybean flakes.
Desolventizing
Once the oil has been removed by the solvent, the solvent must be removed from both the flakes and the soybean oil.
Oil Refining and Processing
Extracted and desolventized soy oil must be further processed to make an edible product.
Shipment
We ship our products to our customers across the world with utmost care maintaining the quality.
